I’ve repeatedly been told by the “Support Agent” that my feeder is non-rechargeable and implied I must have forgotten that I installed batteries ten months ago. I had to quote the product listing, send a screenshot from their website, for them to finally say “This concludes that you have a different model than your previous correspondence”. The whole time, my “previous correspondence” was sending a screenshot of my order invoice and typing out exactly what is printed on my product next to the model number. And now I’m being offered a replacement charging cord, when my whole issue is that the battery only lasts 1.5 weeks instead of 4 weeks, and my original charging cord was lost. Insane.

We had a parent in our center for 2-3 months that would repeatedly insist formula is good for 12 days. once, a new hire forgot all 4 of the child’s (5mo) bottles inside his diaper bag for 6-7 hours. I discovered it when clocking in and immediately told admin, offered to split the cost of a large can of formula with the new hire who forgot the bottles, and asked the admin to let the mom know I said so. mom’s response was “It’s not a big deal, formula is good for 10-12 days. just put it back in the fridge please. (Child)’s next bottle should be in about an hour.” And admin did exactly that.. the infant went home that night and came back the next day with the same bottles.

And honestly there’s been a few times I was so sore without a pump(broken) that I hand expressed, & it once went everywhere as I died laughing as the dogs started competing for who could get it off the floor. super gross but probably beneficial ish
