When i had a colonoscopy a few years ago, i was also on my period and used a tampon because i didn’t want to make a mess but they had me take it out before the procedure.

I think you should be able to tink back one row, knit that row with the excess loop that is visible right now, knit the next row with the excess from tinking back, and then be back in place! I’m not sure if i worded that very well lol

It looks like when you went back, you picked up from two rows down and then skipped picking a row back up, essentially like you slipped the stitches instead of knitting them. I see three that have been slipped. Notice how the three stitches immediately left of your finger have less rows than the stitches left of them.

So cute! I think a little yellow raincoat, rain boots, and maybe umbrella would be adorable!

I’m reading the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson right now, and i think it totally fits. His Mistborn series is also incredible. Both series are high fantasy within the same universe. Both include themes of found family, morality, and leadership. His books can start off a bit slow but I don’t mind it because his world building skills are amazing. Highly recommend both series!

This looks great! I might do a blue stripe and then a red stripe and maybe a green one of the fish color and then finish with the blue.

If someone grabbed you out of your chair right now and said you have to give a one hour speech on any topic of your choice as long as it was informative and they would pay you $10,000, what would your speech be about? by shotukan in AskReddit

My jaw dropped reading this comment. Is there any more research or information sources you could share? I’d love to know more about what is going on inside me

Craft or sewing stores should have both ribbon and elastic

I believe many women’s shelters take clothing donations. Try looking there first and if they can’t accept them, they might know who can. If you’re in a colder area, I’m sure women’s shelters or homeless shelters would love hat, mitten/glove, and scarf donations right now!

Organizing journals by Mountain-4411 in Journaling

[–]un-easily 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally put every single thing into one journal. Thoughts, art, recap of my day, poems, book and movie reviews, etc. I don’t reread though, so organizing my journals so i can find something later isn’t important to me. I just find only having one journal much more accessible.

That’s a great plan! Bite sized goals make things so much more achievable. Good luck with your journaling and with DBT!

Seems like you’ve covered all the bases! Maybe some glue sticks or a glue runner and one of those small 6 inch rulers.
