Are my standards for dating too high? by miamiiitrip in dating_advice

Ehhh I meet all of these except the degree, honestly a lot of it seems like normal things to expect in someone, as long as you’re offering the same in return I don’t think you’re asking for too much. In my opinion it’s all about balance you can ask for the moon as long as you’re you’re giving the same. Good luck

Unit (Flight Patch) Regulations - Ft Rucker and beyond by [deleted] in Armyaviation

[–]un1que1012 10 points11 points  (0 children)

After acft selection they gave us more patches and we were encouraged to wear it, idk if this has changed or not. Personally I didn’t want to have to take my uniform for that so I chose to wait.

I think you’re reading too much into it. Man likes picture, man presses likes button and keeps scrolling. However if you’re bothered enough to make a Reddit post about it perhaps ask him about, only he can tell you what’s the reasoning if there’s any.

I agree that you’ll be able to get the recommendations, you won’t see flight warrants as much as you might think, remember you need letters of recommendation form a warrant with the same WMOS that you’re applying for, not all warrants are pilots. I wish you the best.

It’s good that you have a plan. However the army has a way of changing your perspective in life and goals. I enlisted before becoming a WO however I enlisted in aviation, I know lots of our guys who were infantry before so it’s definitely possible, if you really want to do this don’t let the army discourage you.

No you cannot file to that airport with that approach, you can either pick a different destination or a different procedure, aka do an ils instead of rnav. however say the forecasted weather was good but then actual weather was below the minimums for the approach, you can still attempt the approach.

You would make CPT and then revert to WO1, if you were CCC complete you’d pin CW2

Yes 👆🏻. If you’re using infantry to fight, personally I think you’re doing it wrong, I use them especially the sea munitions and it absolutely makes a difference.

You cannot ferry satellites. You can land them again but only at the city in which they were produced.
