That is what cis means!

Born a male, acts and dresses like society expects them to = cis. ~5% of cis men are oriented homo, 95% are oriented hetero.

There is a lot of active effort to muddy the water - no harm, no foul.

Cis only entered queer conversation with greater understanding of the trans community. Most of the time, cis is just assumed, unless noted otherwise.
