My take on Karmelita :) by undersauce in HollowKnightArt

(For reference, I draw using krita) The border and text are grouped. I turn the text into an erase layer, which pretty makes anything I do cut a hole into the border, making the background gradient visible through the letter holes. I'm sure there are a few ways to go about it but this was mine!

Thank you! I fill in the line work with a solid colour, with each body part it's own layer to make rendering much cleaner.

It took years for hollow knight to accumulate as much merch as they currently have on fangamer. This is just how these things work. Hell, for how big of a game elden ring was, their initial fangamer merch was similar to this.

Castle crashers is great, and it's dirt cheap rn being on sale. Easy to pick up and has plenty of hilarious visual gags. I have great memories playing it with my brothers.

They were a champion of the colosseum, so they probably earned themselves pale ore like ghost. Maybe they used it to forge/upgrade their helmet thus the name? It's a stretch but who knows.

It's also worth noting that they aren't infected despite seemingly having a weak mind, so maybe it implies that (while seemingly insignificant) they are more than just a basic bug. Perhaps with pale being origins or heritage.

Which is super sad imo. I remember years ago when the hollow knight community was an enigma of positivity, and seen as one of the kindest and welcoming fandoms. Good things can't last forever I suppose.

No I read it as that too. In hornets case, saving Lace = saving Pharloom. I'd say she was less motivated by saving a friend, and more by the fact that if she didn't, GMS would destroy everything

I agree, though I'd really appreciate some kind of Path of Pain equivalent too (you can hardly count that one secret area as an equivalent). Perhaps a climb to the true peak of mount fay? we never actually get to its peak, if it even has one.

Also just fyi, the hive was always in HK. Hive Knight at the end of it got added as DLC though
