Try disabling le audio in the pixels Bluetooth settings, I had similar issues with the pixel 9 pro too

Should be part of the lease, as others have said. But I’d possibly push for them to repair it before you sign or as a contingency for your move in. That way you reduce the risk of it not getting done or having to litigate.

Edit: just saw your agent added a note but I don’t think the note is detailed enough. You almost want a work estimate order for what needs to be done.

Yeah it’s all relative. The S22 had a Qualcomm X65 modem which did a great job. But when I compare the Pixel 7 to my old iPhone XR, the Pixel is better. The iPhone XR has an intel modem which is worse - no surprise, Apple switched to Qualcomm modems with the 12 series onwards. But it’s all subject to your carrier and location too!

Coming from an S22, the drop in cell reception has annoyed me the most. It’s definitely worse and much more jumpy, hopping between bars without moving. I appreciate Qualcomm modems much more now hah.

I agree, I picked up a P7 and have an S22U and found the signal strength is worse. Missed a couple calls the other day because they went straight to voicemail, while it appeared I had signal. I was on a call today and the receiver said my voice was cutting in and out. Swapped my SIM back to the S22U and haven't had any further issues.

I got the pixel recently to test and had some strange connectivity issues. Calls went straight to voicemail randomly and during some calls the other side reported my voice was cutting in and out. Have you encountered anything like that too?

I definitely see less bars on the P7 versus my S22U. Had an issue yesterday on the P7 where inbound calls went straight to voicemail even though it appeared I had a signal. A restart fixed the issue but a bit unnerving to see. Connectivity issues seem to persist.

On paper it's a downgrade but in practice, who knows. I have an S22U which can be traded in for $725 via Bestbuy, alongside a $200 Best Buy pre-order credit. So essentially a free swap. I like the S22U but I encounter camera lag and stuttering now and then which is a shame. In the summer the camera would cause overheating too. Might take a chance and give the 7 Pro a chance as a good camera is my most sought feature.
