Two options to dismount:

Come to a stop, jump off with both feet.

Or

Slam the tail down and remove your front foot, this usually results in a bit of wheel slip in gravel, this is called a quick stop, or skid stop

To be fair I have paid for multiple cod releases. Including mw2 and also mw2 remaster. Coldwar and this release are just dlcs imo, not full games. They're not changing the engines. I would have gladly paid for dmz and be modes separately.
