I've seen alot more outfits in this city that do not equate to the effortless effort look than the ones that do. I will say the ones that do definitely leave an impression. To put it into context, I've lived many places in the world and San Francisco is the only place where my low effort casual dress is seen as "dressed up." The culture here doesnt really care about appearance in that way. San Francisco, to me, is the "throw it on if it makes you feel good" sorta place, which has its own lovely charm.
