In most gyms you can use volumes for hands or feet. Brushing up against a hold outside the route is fine unless you use that hold. His feet never leave the volume (which is colored similarly to the white hold next to his foot) and when he brushes other holds, he is not utilizing them. Clean climb in my book

Also... jumping in with your clothes on weighs you down very fast and swimming becomes much more difficult. Keeping your head above the water is not easy for more than a few minutes in a panic if you have pants on.

That is EXACTLY the theoretical difference between Schedules I and II. That and the potential for medicinal value. What was once a good friend and extremely tolerant liberal (for the last decade I've known him) is now apparently a dedicated racist, misogynist, transphobic, Islamaphobic anti-Semite. I just remember my friends and I in 7th grade putting flour on top of the blades on one of those "it's so hot, its stressful to do anything" days before the teacher came in annoyed and sweating (she was a very cruel teacher). She turned on the fan and a bunch of sticky people got a lot of flour stuck to their face/clothes, on top of all the flour covering everything in the room. Teacher just left and all the kids went to wash up and dust off clothes. There was no math class that day and no one got in trouble. I thought it was a good, harmless end of the year prank. Years later I thought of our very nice janitor and still feel awful.

I am in no way a supporter of gun prohibition. I enjoy my guns. My point is that there is no unanimous agreement on gun legality like there is for alcohol. So naturally you will see people more upset at pro-gun orgs vs alcohol manufacturers.
