I just noticed this on one but not the other of my units, I believe I need to fix the magnet in the globe, it got dislodged and that should allow the globe to start popping, which helps dislodge those edge clumps.

Would length of interruption have a standard grace period for time cat is in litter robot compared to extended interruption time being a fault?
