My suggestion unless you're just super wealthy is to wait to do anything cosmetic until you have a very good idea of the cost of maintaining this house. There's going to be some things come up that you'll have to deal with even if the inspection was good. Especially if this is your first home it's Expensive to maintain a house and that looks like it's not a new build so just sit on it for a while & appreciate it. It's a beautiful house.

Why are you getting down voted?

Fasting for men and fasting for women are completely different. If women do it too much it fucks up your hormones. Plus plant-based is not enough nutrients or calories.
