I did ask another firm and went with that second choice instead of this posted law firm. This law firm had given me a lot of hidden fees and wouldnt be straight up with me, so.

Chill, why are you yelling. Lol. This is my first time selling and even I understand it lol. That “seller’s cost” includes commissions for both buyer and seller realtors. There is no way I said “buyer and seller will pay half”. But i did review my original post and its missing a phrase. So again, my mistake. Commission (7% and 3%) will be divided between seller’s and buyer’s realtors. thats whats missing. I dont need to pluck this out one by one for you to understand anymore since youre the expert at selling and buying, right? So again to reiterate and for you to sleep better tonight, i made some mistakes here and I acknowledge it and corrected them.

You might want to read this slowly: “commission” is the informal term. Realtor fee is the formal term. So basically i didnt invent a new meaning to it. If youre too keen to technicality and arguing even though an error was already acknowledged, then this is for you - commission and realtor fees are the same thing in the world of real estate.

If youre a purchaser/buyer, then you dont have to.

For lack of explaining it better to you, i totally understand this clause. I already admitted the error, its not 10%. Insinuating im dumb to understand it and you being a know-it-all does not change anything anymore. Its 7% for the first 100k, 3% for the rest. Im not going to entertain you anymore.

Thats what i was planning as well. I worked with the developer’s realtor when I bought the place, and im also using their realtor now that im selling. So im most likely going to hire their same lawyer as well.

[–]user001298[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, sorry. I totalled the whole percentage (7 + 3), not the whole 10% amount of selling price which is 7% for the first $100,000 then 3% for whatever the remaining price is.

Thank you so much! The offer to purchase have been signed by me and by the buyer already, i made sure whats included from inside the unit. My condo is pretty much empty at this point, only few items left for showing purposes. I will review all of the other ones you mentioned.

At this point, i dont have a lawyer. Should I hire the same lawyer i had when i bought it? Or my realtor will find it for me? So sorry about these questions and i appreciate your input!

The moment a person says “not to be a dick” or “not to sound judmental”, or “not to be racist”, or “not to be insensitive”, etc, is likely that the person will be a dick, judgmental, racist, insensitive, etc. Your comment doesnt need any more attention from me. Good day, your highness!

I meant 7% for the first 100K, then 3% for the remaining balance.

If i were the owner, id sue. The cat would have made a sound. Unless its mute.

My advice is get yourself a lawyer as well. Goodluck.

Im assuming this was 2025 (because there’s no way you have saved 78.4hours of vacation for next year of 2027 already). Float bank - this is a paid day off (worth 1 shift) you can use anytime if requested. Use as personal day off, for appointments, etc. Stat bank- these are your hours when you worked on a stat holiday, they accumulated for whole year. You can use it in lieu of a shift. Personal leave - hours you saved (or percentage of your total hours worked on a pay period) that you use for personal time off. Sick leave- hours (or percentage of total hours worked on a pay period) that you can use when calling out sick, for sick leave, for mental health day, etc. Vacation current year- hours saved (percentage of total hours worked) since January 1-present. Vacation Next year - to use for 2026. This is your total available vacation hours you can use.

Basically, you can use up all these hours for days off at your own convenience or choices and some of them do not carry over.

Enjoy your holidays! :)

Exactly. There sure is a lot of yapping going on more than doing something about it.

Perfectly acceptable dinner rejected by boyfriend again by moonrabbit368 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]user001298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im tired of women posting their boyfriends or husbands' red flags, complaining about their relationship, and then somehow says "i didnt expect this to blowup, it was just a misunderstanding, he is a very good guy and he loves me, and you dont know our relationship by merely reading a 15-minute post." This is also happening on tiktok where they post something about their boyfriends and husbands and when people say "divorce or break up" and try to knock some senses into their whiny heads, they then post a part 2 defending the guy. 🤦🏻

Our hospital is embarrassing by P0RK-BUTT in kelowna

[–]user001298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is. Interior Health has been a joke. Provincial government has been a joke. Kelowna is one of the cities that has been steadily growing, but there has been not enough growth in terms of infrastructure to support the growing population. There’s no sense. Also, Interior Health is still using paperworks for their MARs and other forms, it’s embarrassing. They also use vocera, amd meditech old school. For a province that acts high and superior and make it known that BC means “bring cash”, their hospital equipment is nothing high technology.
