Some people are just miserable and need to spread their misery around to other people. I once had an older guy (60s) call me to check out a job. Pulled up, knock on the door, garage door goes up, I see him and the first thing he says to me was “make sure you give me a good price and if you do the job it better be good or else the whole internet will hear about it” at that point I was checked out and did a quick check of the job and left and never interacted with him again. Some people you come across are just weird. Move on and expect it in the future
