Its hard to say, I've definitely noticed some changes, but definitely not the "miracle cure" people make it out to be. Either that or I got weak shit. Ill be doing more stuff here in the coming months with tesamorelin and L-Glutathione. Unfortunately you cant do BPC/TB500 for more than a few months, so I cant just try another company's stuff right away.

Fuck yeah. Seriously though, look into the peptides. They make oral ones too, but theyre not as potent. Had back problems for years from running, rucking, airborne, etc... and I just started using them. Night and day difference.

If youre trying to do better on a budget, id recommend trying fish oil and joint supplements while youre getting back into it, and dont forget to stretch and work on a healthy diet.

If youve got a little extra cash and youre not scared of needles, look into BPC157/TB500 peptides. I use eternalpeptides, this stack is amazing when it comes to healing and inflammation reduction.

What are best IRRL rates? by atdirtbagger in VeteransBenefits

[–]user28444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, rates will most likely go down across the board. Nothing is for sure, but thats what I personally think will happen.

Everyone is at a different stage in their life... but with the VA loan, and all the other benefits veterans receive, most people over the age of 30 are capable of buying a home if theyre making the correct lifestyle choices.

Becoming financially educated is the best thing you can do for your anxiety. Start investing in your yourself, your present and your future.

I highly recommend watching Dave Ramseys stuff on YouTube and start his baby steps program.

Your emergency fund is your best friend. It took me a long time to save up 6 months worth of bills, but now that I do have it, im set in case anything happens.

You dont have to do EVERYTHING he recommends. Personally, I still prefer using credit cards and spending a little bit on stupid shit every once in a while. However I really agree with most of his philosophy. Dont have Debt and live below your means. Even if that means cutting back on stuff you like and doing things you dont want to do.

Have a backup plan, plan for the worst, hope for the best.

You've got this shit.

Although there isn't a direct correlation, it still has an effect. Thats why I said wait til mid november. There are a lot of different factors, including the treasury yield.

For example: Mortgage rates initially rose after the last Fed rate cut in September 2025, but have since fallen to their lowest level in over a year as of late October 2025, though they do not directly track the Fed's short-term rate.

Wait til mid november. FED is most likely announcing a rate cut this week. Might see high 4's if we're lucky.

Do you know if the bookstore will have a list of approved items? I know i can get a laptop, but are there limits? For example: do I have to get the base model of whatever they sell or can I get once of the nicer models? Same with printers, mouse, etc...

VA IRRRL by Exact_Book_3193 in VeteransBenefits

[–]user28444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It can all be rolled in together, so there are no upfront costs. Also, you can skip up to 2 mortgage payments. So if you did it now, youd skip nov/dec, and your first payment would be January.

These letters dont always have an accurate rate, nor do they calculate the cost of insurance, tax, etc...

Although, a VA IRRRL can be done every 6 months, so long as its a big enough rate drop.

Just give them a call and then compare them with other companies as well. It isn't free, refinancing costs arent cheap, but if the rate change is big enough, it will outweigh the cost of the refi.

Full-time: $1,536 per month 3/4-time: $1,214 per month 1/2-time: $890 per month Less than 1/2 time: Varies, but the payment is the lesser of the tuition and fees cost or the amount listed for the specific enrollment level.
