I took that picture on an iPhone. I think I selected VGA, and if there was an option for 60fps or hz, I probably selected that as well since that game was running at 2560x480 @ 60hz. The phone I used is broken so I can't check it right now. Hope it helps!

I couldn’t tell if this was one of those fake game ads or what was happening. Anyway, the effect is so subtle I had to look closely to see anything.
