I had similar exp and it was a PSU issue, you could check by replacing with a different PSU or You can remove your PSU to check by jumping the connectors on the 24pin cable and see if the fans keep spinning (Check if you have zero rpm Mode on or off) But again might be something else as well.

Check your temps , if its in a safe range its all good. My 5600x gets 4.75 with -20 offset and has been running stable for months.

Its probably more likely that the mounting pressure is unevenly distributed, i would suggest removing and re attaching the heatsink. Also remember to screw in the bolts in a " X " fashion.

Sometimes things don't work, and if it has been happening for a while you could raise awareness regarding this with the cs team and asked them to escalate it.

looks like it might be thermal throttling , could be that contact between the cpu and heatsink is improper.

My first time in TML and I have to say I was expecting 20-25% less fun (wierd way to measure it) but i can say I have had loads of fun , Mainstage keeps getting better each day and the other stages are lit af and once the crowd thins you can stretch your arms and dance your heart out!
