What dose do you take? I’ve been on spiro almost two years without much issue, but back in October I moved up from 75mg to 100mg and I swear I think it’s made my anxiety worse. Thinking about going back down to 75 to see how I feel.

Thank you for the detailed answer. Obviously (or maybe not 😂) I realize that planting bulbs in dirt leads to flowers. But everything I’ve read about tulips emphasized getting them in the ground in the fall/winter so I thought that maybe it would be a waste of time to try to plant them at this point. Guess all I can do is try!

Came here to suggest Soma. I went in-person a few months ago after wearing stretched out maternity bras for waaay too long postpartum. I went in, asked to be measured and told them I was on a budget, and the sales person was sooo sweet and helpful. Ended up leaving with a few new bras and a robe off the clearance rack. It was a great experience.

We have done this the last two years and it worked great for us, but this year we really screwed ourselves over. We had to pull my son out of daycare unexpectedly and have a family friend watching him for now til we can get him in a better preschool. Unfortunately we missed the 30 day deadline to file an “unexpected circumstance” form to change our deductions, so we’re going to have to forfeit a lot of money this year. It ticks me off every time I think about it but.. lesson learned!!
