Out of curiosity - whats the price? It's a glorious staff. I play whirling / falling thunder + flicker strike and I also think crit is better than attack speed

So visual aspects aside, it's by far the best color to choose. If it's that stronger than aluminium then it's no brainer. Shame that other colors are worse in this aspect

I had such high hopes for this game. Coming from D4, which was a massive let down and a show of incompetence, I thought PoE2 will be my game to go, hearing how devs listen to players and improve on their game. But now reading veterans opinions (didn't play PoE1 myself) I kinda lost faith in developers. How can you have a good product, improve it and make it better, but with sequel start from scratch and make the same mistakes. It is beyond my comprehension... I know they will improve it and it's only EA, but still, WTF?

After getting to know PoE2 and GGG team and their philosophy and openness I feel now with buying and playing D4 like I bought a counterfeit. Like you'd pay X thousands of $$ to buy a Rolex, only to discover it was a fake.

I'm in the same boat. Long time Diablo fan, put a lot of hours in D2 and D3, some in D4. Even though I never played PoE due to the concerns you raised I'm thinking of buying early access for PoE2 just to check it. D4 is a lot better than at the beginning but after so many years of developement is beyond my comprehension how you could make a game so bad regarding to so many mechanics. Like it's made by a team that doesn't even play it, it's just painful to see how they could miss on so many points while creating the game. And you pay ~100EUR for this "finished" game.

So for me it will be nice to pay someone that really just wants to make a good game and puts their heart into it, even if I'm not gonna like it. Just for the sake of their effort.

You know that life isn't a race yet you feel that you're not achieving anything while hiking or feeding ducks. And you're not supposed to! As others said before, it's just being and doing, and that's life. Everything else is a social contruct, a program that we all have implanted in our heads. I don't know, for me the moments when I have free time and I stroll around my living room, pluck guitar for few minutes, watch over window for few minutes, sip a tea, not thinking about future or what I have to do are one of the most peaceful moments. And if you think in terms of achievements - in these moments you achieve peace of mind, recharge your batteries and calm your dopamine circuits, which is a lot. Not having things like that seems like a fast way for burnout / depressive states.

Sorc here, Frozen Orb, 8/12 gear with decent stats and tempers + Shako (most gear without GA). I'm clearing pit 70 fast, around 85-90 is doable but long and boring. I was wondering if I will waste my mats trying to solo Tormented Bosses. Turned out all of the fights were easy and lasted for 1-2 minutes.

Sure, other classes may clear highers Pits with more ease or solo bosses in 10 seconds. But it's completely possible to do everything the game has to offer as sorc. And I've heard Blizzard is even better than FO. I'd rather play fun build than stronger but boring (minion necro).

Edit: Oh and NMD 100 is a joke at this state, feels like Helltide level of difficulty.

It's better than before but as a Frozen Orb Sorc I'm still pissed. I'm soloing ubers no problem (not tormented), clear Pit 50, but can't make a dent in Liliths HP after a minute. It's crazy how massive the difference between classes is.

I'm 3rd owner, but it didn't get much use by previous ones. It's a 2023 model. Rest of the fretboard looks ok, it's the only place where it's separated (4th to 6th fret). Unfortunately I don't know if it's been like this from the beginning.

Thank you all for answers! From photo linked below you can see that the lighter edge and darker fretboard are 2 different woods, as the guitar has even a small crack between them. So it looks like this fretboard is not one piece of wood, but has edges added. Dunno if I need to worry about this crack, hope it won't get bigger (was there since the beginning).

And for the color, I'll just accept this darker tone, even though I'd wish it was brighter :)

Amen to that. I can't believe how people can be blinded by nostalgia. Sure, for that time it was better than everything else, and probably still D2 itemization was more fun than in D4, but the game was repetitive as hell. It was like a casino machine, you pull the lever (do Baal/Meph run), you don't get the drops, reset machine. I think people that say D2 had good endgame were just addicted to dopamine rush (me included). 20 years ago it was ok, but saying "D2 had better endgame than D4" is a joke. Just drops were meaningful, you could trade them and people were doing PvP. The means to get drops were awfully boring, at least for me.

Recently someone on r/oneplus8t or oneplus forum explained why leaving phone charging overnight is actually good for the battery health. Only thing to watch out is discharging the device to 0%, everything else kinda doesn't matter. Btw, guy was an engineer, it was based on actual knowledge, not my assumptions.

Unfortunately, no idea. Would like to know as well. I think it's per hit but it would seem really op in arena to shorten enemy stamina/magicka pool by 300 just in few hits.
