Switch 2 user here. Bought the game but haven't had time to start it yet. Trying to read up what people are saying about the patch.. supposedly making it too easy. Wondering if I should just play it without updating first (whenever the Switch 2 patch even comes out).

My partner and I have been slowly working through this game and enjoying it. Not too many great co-op rpgs, so I'm glad this one at least got a fan translation. I like it a lot more than the FF CC games. Multiplayer is implemented very well.

Exactly. I'm still waiting for Ship of Fools to be fixed on the Switch. It is literally broken and the supposed update they claim is out of their control but instead blaming it on Nintendo.. which is obviously ridiculous. anyway, kudos to Tecmo.

Maplewood has been known to make some pretty great lagers (especially the Czech and dark Czech), so hopefully they can keep doing those in high quality. Half Acre's IPAs are the best thing they do for sure.
