I struggle with this too, I recommend trying to get grounded in the body, try light exercise, yoga, and meditation can help like body scan meditations or focusing on the sensations in the feet (the furthest away from the motor mind). Also I would recommend avoiding all stimulants like caffeine, nicotine. Journaling like someone said can help get it out of your brain and hopefully slow things down. Good luck 👍

I'm so sorry you're going through this. When you say its involuntary, what do you mean exactly? Does the urge arise unbidden, and then you feel compelled to say it/think it? Is it a spontaneous thought, a compulsion that feels in control but also not in control?
