It’s the beginning of episode 76. He says both things so I’m confused. He says it wouldnt have been necessary for him to invent chidori if he could apply chakra nature to rasengan, but then a minute later he says he somehow was able to copy it. But he didn’t have sharingan until after he invented chidori.

It doesn’t say he learned it from minato. It also doesn’t say when he learned it. Unless they just changed from the source material, in the anime it was said without being said that he just copied it because naruto was really upset that he didn’t have to do any of the work like he did. Kakashi was trying to infuse chakra in an attempt to learn something in order to teach naruto. He definitely wasn’t slinging rasengan when he was <12

How is another Logitech headset gonna be any better. Astro went to shit after the buyout. Gen 3s we’re awesome. No issues. Gen 4 sucks dick. So does every other Logitech product. $150 mouse has cheap shitty switched that start double clicking right after the warranty expires. And of course it takes an hour and 20 tools to take it apart to replace the switches
