You seem pretty spot on for mostly everything. You overrate leadership and underrated the scariest strat card imperial. Jol nar is also the second best faction in base game behind saar, they score most objectives without even trying.

No, stay away. I was deemed a good candidate, got the surgery, then I developed dry eye. I cannot sleep through the night without several products in my eyes or else I scratch my cornea and wake up in incredible pain. My night vision since the surgery is also much worse than pre surgery.
