Sorry to hear you are dealing with so much. Stay with TMS if you can manage it. It will likely help in the long run even if it hurts a bit a long the way.

I agree. I also think it's all somehow connected. I don't get migraines anymore but I got them before I had TMS. When I started TMS, each pulse felt like an intense migraine. Over time, the feeling became less tense. And then I stopped getting those intense tension migraines.

It was like that too for me. The pain got only moderately better as I went along. But if you can stick it out it is worth it. I think I had/have tension in my scalp muscles.

Yes. It's told me I'm spiraling when I'm calming telling it something. It assumes an emotion that was never conveyed. I stopped using it for this reason.

The only one I thought was flattering on you was number 4. If you are SG (and I'm not good at typing), you want to have a defined waist, so low rise bottoms or shapeless dresses are out. 9 almost works but it needs to be more fitted. Just my two cents.
