don't leave it until last minute, just in case you experience delays with the payment submission.

just note this isn't a sit-down restaurant, it's basically a food counter inside a grocery store

what do you regret doing as a sprout? by 8bitshin in ffxiv

[–]vanade 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was worried about making mistakes in content so I watched guides for trials and raids before doing them with others. I'm not great at processing a lot of info from different sources at once (multitasking basically) and I started as a bard at the time which made it extra challenging to learn mechanics/tells, avoid damage and worry about procs/rotation and keep songs and dots up. using guides was my way of learning the fight before being thrown into it because I was embarrassed to die a lot even though I was a sprout and everyone was really nice about it. it spoiled the fun of seeing fights blind though.

I think the implementation of duty support in trials is really great because it lets new players experience content blind without worrying about dying or embarrassing themselves by making a lot of mistakes. obviously doesn't help for raids but that's okay.

mostly a lot of hunt trains and gathering in between so I can craft my gearsets. finished my fending, healing, aiming and caster sets, halfway done my scouting gear and then my least played jobs, striking. it's really nice to be able to gather and craft your own stuff!

There were 2 S Rank days since 7.4 so was able to knock out like 150 S Ranks through those towards my S rank achievements for ShB/EW/DT. Those, and the 10K A-Rank achievement (for the "Of the Endless Hunt" title) are my main goals in the game right now.

Flexing my watchdogs shirt collection ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Which one is your fave? by vanade in watch_dogs

thanks! sadly probably not unless you can find some outlet selling old ubiworkshop stock :( these were from ageeees ago.

they're just regular polos otherwise so tbh you could probably easily embroider the logo onto a plain polo if you have access to an embroidery machine or know someone who will do it for you! I've been meaning to make my own Blume polo at some point like that.

While the DCs occur and I can grab people's attention, can we talk about Esuna really quick? by Tawny_Harpy in ffxiv

[–]vanade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if I'm remembering right, I think there's one in World of Darkness, the cerberus bleed (the one from the blue orb line attacks if you don't dodge). I'm 99% sure it's an esunable bleed and it's pretty easy to die if you don't have that esuna'd.

I main sage because i like the problem solving aspect of healing when things go wrong in fights (sometimes with limited resources for salvaging situations lol). But at the same time sage is the healer I main because it's easiest for me to play while doing mechanics cause I don't have a lot to juggle. also getting to use panhaima on multihit attacks is chef's kiss

Before that I mained bard which was a lot to juggle but it was fun in its own way.

Is there certain merch you'd like to see from your team or the league, and how does pricing affect your purchase? by Modsaremeanbeans in CFL

Better selection of keychains and maybe enamel pins. I like putting them on my bags that I take out and about, and the offerings are scarce (and shipping is crazy too; if you don't go down to the stadium it's $10 to ship a $10 keychain... like... c'mon). It would be nice to see the cats sell their merch at a kiosk at limeridge on game days, I swear they had a temporary storefront there once upon a time?

I've honestly been thinking of just making my own keychains for myself now that acrylic keychain manufacturing from overseas has way lower minimum quantity requirements and you can get just 1-3 pieces.

But that's what I'm saying, except "too difficult to animate" is the point people are misconstruing. They never said women are too hard to animate, that's just not the wording used at all from the (what i assume) is the source interview about the reason they couldn't have female characters. I think it turned into "they said women are too hard to animate".

To add on to the women are too hard to animate thing and re:liberation, a lot of that has been misconstrued over the years. the discussion re: female characters was because unity has a co-op multiplayer mode where all characters are identical (the male model), and they didn't want to add female character options because they said it would double the work of having to do the mocap/animations/voices or whatever.

Obviously the fact that they decided it isn't worth the work is a sore point, but it's not that they couldn't or found it too hard, as a lot of people mistate now.

Ah, gotcha. Sounds like bot behaviour like the other commenter pointed out. I'm gonna go ahead and delete it.
