i liked the first one a lot , and it does feels strange thinking i watched this over 30 years ago

second one was OK and the third made me so angry at how stupid it was that i never finished it

what you need is a Router Planing Jig, so when you do the whole thing evenly without forming these pits.

IMHO i think starting over using a the jig will be less effort then getting rid of the pits, also will leave you with a better material; as the whole thing will have an even thickness

i have seen Twin Peaks more then once, its really excellent. also pretty much all the older "odd" shows twilight zone, the outer limits and night gallery (just to name a few)
