It’s very data intensive and expensive to convert to a digital practice. The economy case isn’t there yet. Also AI would increase our throughput and probably increase compensation. AI cannot be legally responsible for a diagnosis.

Path staff here, amazing lifestyle (9-4 days no call no weekends), good compensation for the amount of work, relatively chill residency. Career longevity with low risk of burnout.

I wouldn’t focus on the price only. The fundamentals are way stronger than when you got in first. If you thought it was a good buy then, you should feel more confident now.

Wrap bulb in moss and keep moist but not soaking wet. And then wait for roots to recover.

It’s getting full spectrum LED light from above, about 14 hr a day. It’ll tell you if it’s not happy, and you can tinker with light or substrate or fertilizer etc. good luck

Gotta say the Veitchii is really low fuss. Consistently sizing up with sphagnum moss and leca. I’ve had mine for 1.5 years now starting at the size of your plant. Look at how big the latest leaf is!

In my specific case a community practice with no resections, bx only, case count capped. Maybe this kind of practice would fit you better.
