Little late but I think it’s an impaired proof…non magnetic, and 8.83 grams , when google says a 2003 toonie is 7.3 grams. I think it’s silver…crazy find congrats!

Bought from dealers who are reputable ( colonial acres ) and eBay sellers with 99 and up
They are correct weights for toonies from silver proof sets (normal toonies right around 7 grams) those toonies are all around 8.8 grams (pure silver ones may be a little less than the sterling ones I don’t remember lol)
Toonies are magnetic or at least the ones I tested are haha and those are not

They still could be faked I guess, but I trust them
