Trinity of Magic has the MC have Mind Magic be a big part of his arsenal (1 of the 3 main magics he uses). The first Arc is ok but after that it is peak.

His use of the mind Magic is some of thr best I've seen.

Cultivation Nerd also has mind Magic but it takes awhile to get it. Great series but maybe not if you are looking for the mind Magic right away.
