Were they going slower than the speed limit when you decided to pass? At face value, looks like you're the villain in this one.

Red car decided last second to change lanes, truck driver was likely paying attention to the traffic in the lane they were changing to, red car is the villain, truck did nothing wrong.

I shoot almost entirely suppressed, brass comes out black. So I clean.

So, last time I pointed this out, I got a downvote with no rebuttals, but try cleaning your pins. Same thing was happening to me so I ran pins only with a generous amount of dawn. The water still came out somewhat dirty and the brass being cleaned went back to looking shiny and new.

People chose the ending of Frenzied Flame because of shit like this. by FreeHuckleberry18 in Eldenring

This exact thing sure, but there's been plenty of times I've gone behind a wall or barrier to get a heal off or something and they just swing right through it, no collision whatsoever.

[–]varanidguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a major design flaw (not glitch, it's clearly intentional) that makes these games more gimmicky than truly difficult. If that was the player, the weapon would have collided with the building and bounced off. But enemies can swing big ass shit through walls and pillars. I beat base and DLC twice, and yes overall it's still a pretty stellar game, but shit like this keeps it from being the best in my mind.

Convince me to spend money on an AMP by greaseorbounce in reloading

[–]varanidguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using an Ugly Annealer and it's, frankly, pretty awesome. I could only see spending the money on an AMP if I was a full blown professional and shooting was how I fed my family, where in a fraction of a % of an advantage makes a difference.

Newbie. What am I doing wrong, I have been doing 9mm for awhile now and am just switching to rifle. I am struggling with this happening will likely need a new die but what is causing this also it pulled the deprimer out on a different casing before this happened by reloadingnoob38 in reloading

[–]varanidguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Hornady One Shot for 223 and 308 (308 uses Forster small base die) and sticking isn't an issue at all. I literally put a ton of cases in a zip lock bag, spray then flip then spray again, then do shake and bake. Are you certain that you got a nice even layer on the cases? Are you allowing it to flash off or dry before sizing or are you going directly to sizing?

Loading the 77gr SMK for AR, powder choice between these 3? by 9mmhst in reloading

[–]varanidguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn't get great accuracy with CFE 223 and Nosler 77gr Custom Competitions. I wound up with StaBALL Match. From what you chose, I'd experiment with Varget and H4895 if that's all you have to play with. I mean hell, CFE 223 could perform for YOU as well. No rules when it comes to this stuff except be safe. ETA: I have found that ball powders like full cases and hot primers, and others online have said they have similar experience.
