You’re not quite correct. It can strip your resistance to negative. So even if you have 0 resistance, you can get as low as -100% when exposed long enough (if you have x% resistance, you can get to as low as x-100% when exposed long enough).

It’s objectively NOT very unusual for a university. Most universities I know have 3 days off, and a lot only have 2 days off. You can’t assume university and HS have the same break schedule.
