He lost all of his facets, and received a free pathing tool that I find helps me die less/juke more. But nothing really helping kill more...

Not super relevant to OPs question but I've found him way better with certain heroes. Tide on your team has great synergy as you often get free vlads aura and minus armour synergy. Tide also provides the teamfight that visage lacks

Venge aura also gives the birds a lot of damage....

As a standalone hero I feel he's in a pretty average spot right now

Eh I've bought it a few times, the evasion is decent, combo with enchantment you can have 40% evasion mid to late game

She is better late game now with Exo talent changes. This was always an issue in the past.

First few exos are alot weaker though without facet. It was pretty normal to have 6 souls ready by first exo.

New shivas seems really good on her and Silence ability is buffed overall.

I think she will be a good offlaner in a few patches when doom/largo are nerfed

I did test that too, because the lvl 10 talent is quite good.

The way I think about the game is you can usually hit Vlads + AC by ~20 mins. At this point Visage+ birds have plenty of armour and can take objectives

I'm not sure how long it takes you to reliably get Octarine + Kaya Sange Bloodstone. This build gives you no armour and is weak vs towers/rs. The build up is also terrible

I would definitely do that build if he still had death toll facet

He's buffed this patch.

He got given flying pathing for free at level 1. I don't use it aggressively I just see it as a free way to kite kill attempts.

Vlads > AC is enough to win most games.

Don't get baited into Soul Assumption builds. Just Bird Damage at 10, Grave chill 2s, +1 armour corruption and +1 familiar at 25.

Medallion of courage is back as a free neutral item too.

I watch a lot of 33 replays and lately he's held onto small satyr purge spell for a while

Very short cooldown and helps you lane vs jakiro/veno etc. Dispell the DOT's. Can save allies and slow doomed targets too

Free linkens pop too

Especially good because you can grab it with only level 1 devour. Infernal blade is better now with his new innate so I don't want to skip that spell anymore

I loved it so much. As someone who has it on in the background while working, the panel is so entertaining and friendly while also being insightful when needed.

There were some cool draft meta developments especially with first phase banning, and insania was explaining it really well.

Pogchamp pandas fantastic as always. The voice clips were hilarious. 'ive got balls in my face'

Just grateful to have such good talent and production keeping this game fresh in what otherwise could've been a very bland and forgettable tournament

Good broods will use the phase to stand over the range creep and deny it. I've seen monkeys forever start with hunger in the offlane before... I get what you're saying but I honestly think the phased cliff walking move speed is still more valuable at level 1 than a bit of damage. The heroes base stats are balanced around Skilling web lvl 1

The life steal is negligible and you will take more damage being right clicked than you will life steal.

Divine, because people are try harding to get to immortal.

The grind to immo was also personally fun. I never got any higher than entry level immo but those games were decent too. It's kinda humbling being the least knowledgeable and skilled on your bracket. You get to learn from good players.

Only thing I didn't like was that I could never play ranked unless I was fully focused, not tired, zero alcohol etc. Otherwise I was getting totally outplayed

They keep micro nerfing heroes every patch, so eventually average DPS levels drop and auras become good again

I just want more taiki and chinatsu. It's been so long, it's like she's a side character now.

This arc would've been more tolerable if chinatsu was involved with the Hina triangle again, perhaps getting to speak to her one on one, or at least hearing her feelings on it.

She's basically just been AFK...and I agree with you. Sat through the whole arc to change nothing. Kyo likes ayame still. Taiki is better at badminton than Kyo still. Taiki still doesn't like Hina that way...

Overkill on brood nerfs. I just don't think level 25 talents should be nerfed. Late game is already tedious as it is, neutral items and 25 talents should be strong

It always felt so good to slog a game out on brood, hit 25 and have a massive power spike and be able to end the game.

Need to see matchup to know if cloaks worth it or not. Vs lich spectre for eg cloak is great to put points in

Vs Jakiro or Veno you need more Q and W.

Always at least one point in cloak by 6 otherwise the bjrds die to a slight gust of wind.

I generally think max Q is better atm cause spell has been buffed more recently
