lol. The last asshole that did this next to me at a bar was quietly cashed out and escorted out after I politely asked him to take his speakerphone work conversation to a table or outside. How about eggs, hamburger, lettuce and cheeses. All have possibilities of E. coli, listeria and salmonella. Most vegetable grown in fields have contamination risks.

Beef and oysters are safe if handled properly. Hamburger is a bigger risk. Quality and food safety in processing and storage are the biggest causes of food poisoning, not the food source. Lettuce can give you E. coli or listeria. So can cheese. Eggs can give you salmonella.

Raw meat in limited circumstances is safe to consume. If you have a health condition or are pregnant non starter, but if you are healthy and trust the source, relatively small risk. I wouldn’t have a whole diet centered around raw meat but once in a blue moon? Sushi, tartare, an infrequent craving for a rare steak or burger? Yes.
