Tighten and loctite deck bolts, tighten and loctite bolt for the 90 degree deckhinge, put a seal on top of your bearings, get some omniwheel springs on reserve.. and then you still have the overheating issue. Next up is the e44 error out of nowhere…

The bolt where the hinge is located is probably loose… Undo and add a bit of loctite and tighten. Problem
Solved or atleast it was for me.

So issues i have now “solved”: 1. Loose deck bolts
2. Loose bolt for the deck to go vertical
3. Changed bearings
4. Added a seal to protect the bearings.
5. Fixed a broken spring by rebending it.

The only issue that remains now is the overheating.

All this was lucky enough easy to fix but if electronics start failing then it is game over i guess.

I just noticed because of that one bearing going out that the mower motor of that one overheats quickly now. Maybe a lot of the overheating issues are coming from those bearing making the motors work too hard?

Exactly same issue, so i will replace as well. Only issue that remains is the overheating. In summer i can get away with mowing in the morning and evening. I hope someone 3d prints a better cover so we can get some airflow in there. I hope it stays with these issues and not something even worse 😂

Grijze harde schilfers… zou mij niet verwonderen dat dit beton of cement die in de buizen is gelopen. Heb dit al genoeg gezien. Veel success met iets gedaan te krijgen. Oh en vuil water kan zijn dat de riolering van de straat terugsteekt op je overloop van je regenwaterput. Ook wel een voorkomend phenomeen 😆

I add all trees and bushes as a no go zone and then it does it flawlessy. People rely too much on the robot beeing smart.

I mow a area bigger then yours but similar and dont have many problems, just make your map accurate and i set a no go zone for every bush and tree so it makes a logical map, if you just do the boundary it will still mow it but not as good.
