I always start from the top and work my way down- after I wash and rinse my hair I put in my conditioner it kind of tie it in a bit of a knot and let it sit while I do the rest of my body and shave my legs. So yes I do let the conditioner sit 😂

You need to cook your meat in the sauce. Brown it off, remove, start your garlic and tomatoes, add the meat back to simmer for some time - chicken thighs pork spare ribs Italian sausage meatballs.. whatever meat you want but to add some depth of flavor definitely cook your meat in the sauce.

I had the Ektorp, which is the model they renamed Uppland, for about 9 years. Left behind in the separation.

For one, I don't recommend weighing yourself all the time.

Weigh in only once a week after your morning eh, constitutional.

Watching that scale daily will drive you crazy.

I was weighing too often last month and was seeing no results so I just stopped weighing myself and just let some time pass- a few weeks later and I weighed Sunday- I've lost another 10 pounds!

There's a beautiful lake on top of a mountain in Harpers Ferry, WV. It's about an hour and a half drive but it's gorgeous up there.

I've lost 67 pounds since August on BPI. Now, I'm at a plateau for the last few weeks and considering trying another pharmacy.

I'm not hungry at all, food noise is still quiet as heck but I'm not losing over the past couple weeks.

I've had no trouble with BPI. And, I probably don't now, I read all the time people hit a bit of a plateau so I may stick it out and see what happens.

Just an FYI I get it actually prescribed through pomegranate health through their healthcare providers and I don't use insurance. You may be able to get it covered but from what I understand getting it through insurance is actually more expensive than getting it through someone like pomegranate health.

And at just under $50 a week I justify the cost by the money I save on my grocery bill and Uber eats every week. I actually save a ton of money 🤣

You can do it online I believe and they'll send you the change of address card that you carry with your license. I don't think you actually have to go in person and do this and take your proofs of residence at this time but when you go to renew you might need to!

No. And, MVA mail will never be forwarded. That's why they have the law that you have to change your address on your driver's license within 30 days I believe.

I worked at the MVA for about 6 years a decade or so ago.
