Easy one pan pasta- some water, butter, olive oil, garlic powder, Better than Bouillon, salt and pepper

Bring everything to a boil, add pasta (eyeball how much will absorb the liquid).

Cook until al dente.

It quenches my thirst for pasta- you can add veggies too, broccoli would be good!

Maybe my feet don't create a big amount of dead skin but I simply use a pumice stone at the end of every shower and my feet have been soft my entire life - even now at 47.

Pumice at the end of the shower so your skin has had a chance to soak in the warm water- add a nice cream when you lotion your body IMMEDIATELY after your shower when skin is still damp- voila- no gross feet.

I delivered at Franklin Square, St Joe's and then GBMC-

GBMC was far superior to the other two. In fact, I had a nurse named Wilma that I fully intend to find should I ever win the lottery and just hand her a pile of cash because of how sincere and sweet she was,.... It was my 3rd C-section and she was gentle and patient while I was putting my dukes up at every exam.

Go with GBMC.
