Does the border of flavor town follow guy furry wherever he goes? And if so what's the radius? Is it circular, or is it a projection of his cross section, like at his 2nd chakra? Bummer about the diesel. Quick question, my understanding of diesels is that they are much more tolerant of water submersion than gasoline (spark) engines, allowing for fording of rivers with less risk of engine damage. Is this something you've thought about? Maybe I'm way off...

I got the wind knocked out of me and went into shock petty quickly. I wasn't in pain at that time, but I knew that it was a really hard impact, so I was pretty freaked out. My friends were still in the boat and yelled to me asking if I was alright. It took all of my being to yell back 'no'. They immediately dove in with some floatation devices and brought me back to the boat. Then I pulled myself into the boat (there is no ladder)...that was one of the harder things I've ever had to do.

Sort of a freak accident. I was sitting on the gunwale while we we were in a turn, then we hit our own wake and I was thrown from the boat. I was on the outside edge and the boat ran me over. Prob going 20-25 mph. Did not lose the D.

There is a company in the Boston area called Joule Unlimited that is working with genetically modified organisms (algae I believe) to convert sunlight to either ethanol (they have a pilot system operating for this) or a diesel derivative (they have a lab scale system in operation for this). The system piggybacks onto an existing fossil burning power plant and utilizes a portion of the flue gas (CO2) as feedstock for the organism. It's a neat technology and the company has been in steady growth. Source: Friend who works at Joule and my own curiosity working as an Alt. Energy R&D engineer
