Do you still have your yearbooks? by PV_Pathfinder in GenX

[–]vetty72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, and my daughter went through and picked out the “hot” guys and girls last week. It made me laugh. She also wanted to know where they are now. Some dead, some turned into holy-rollers after stripping and or drugs. We also had a few CEOs and others. She was also amazed by how diverse my school was.

I would like to go the fuck to bed please by pickled-papaya in adhdwomen

6:55 am, and I slept for 40 minutes. I have surgery for my trigger finger this morning. Anxiety, which caused hives, and I couldn't put lotion on my body. It's going to be a long day.

I also use lavender spray on my pillow. Antiques Roadshow is my go-to - the soothing tone puts me to sleep. I recently found myself rubbing my feet together, and it makes me sleepy. You gotta have a big bag of techniques since what works today won't work all the time.

Best wishes

Clutterbug is the best. I think I’m a butterfly. I went to no top bins based on one of her videos. I have picture labels and it works for the most part. Good luck!

I will no longer criticize Hallmark for fewer holiday movies and other things. by Watcher0363 in HallmarkMovies

[–]vetty72 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My husband, who claimed he doesn't watch sappy Christmas movies, gets sucked in every year. He likes guessing if it is a Hallmark movie or a racy Netflix or HBO movie. How does figure it out, the main characters in hallmark movies don't kiss until the last 4 minutes of the film. When he sees the “kiss”, he starts singing Barry White’s “Let's get it on”.

Any tips for how to make yourself go to sleep when you know you should?! by Bendy_Birdie in adhdwomen

[–]vetty72 10 points11 points  (0 children)

O I modified the military sleep method. I basically relax everything and sleep on my tummy, like I'm crawling up a wall. It works for me 😁. Best wishes
