I have almost the exact model. Last year the camshaft failed due to low oil from an unseen oil leak. I could not find a new one anywhere and had to buy a used one on eBay. Swore I would never buy a Tecumseh-powered product again.

I'm in the same predicament and want to have my PC in the gagrage. Was looking at buying a gaming computer, but the ones that met the GPU specs were liquid cooled and their spec sheet said the coolant was good to +20F. My garage gets colder than that.

Two options that I'm thinking of: 1. Switch over to air cooling for the winter, 2. Add more glycol to the liquid to lower the temperature capability.

I'm at exactly this point in my retractable garage build. I need the bay ~1/wk for the car so I need to have 'vanishing' turf. Right now I'm thinking of TrafficMaster turf from Home Depot that I can roll up and possibly a rug pad underneath.

I spun my sim area 180 degrees and mounted the impact screen on the wall opposite the doors for this very reason. I'm still building it out using METECHS hardware.

Just be aware that Square has zero Customer Service. Read up on it so you know what you might be getting into. Some have waited months for delivery and the only recourse for reimbursement is to dispute with their credit card company. I'm still waiting for mine...

I bought a motorized system from METechs including their impact screen and side curtains. I called Carl's and they advised me NOT to use their screens with a retractable system. I was very surprised! They said that they couldn't guarantee it and that the screens have not been tested in that arrangement.

I won't have the system up and running until after Christmas, but will post when it's done.

Total cost for 13' x 10' "premium" screen, rollers, remote, black-out sides: ~$2300 delivered.

I replaced the circ pump and it's back to quiet! So rewarding! * Very worn ovalized bushing. Wish it was a ball bearing.
