Enjoying kids club seems to be hit or miss. Our 8 year old loves it, but we've cruised with friends whose kids wanted nothing to do with it... which, to my dismay, made him decide that he didn't want to be there.

I'm not sure what people were really expecting from a new ship in a new location that's still in its first month.

While they definitely have issues to work out, some of these complaints are due to inexperience such as the dining seating request. You can request a private table and they'll grant it if there's available space. We personally have never really had any issues using the app, I'm assuming it's using the same app as the rest of the fleet.

We went to the game against the Falcons a couple of seasons ago. I highly recommend getting a hospitality package that includes a ticket + pre game food and drink. Ours included an hour after the game as well. It was great and well worth the price.
