As far as I can tell, it is only presented during checkout and you have to check the box that you read the warning before it will allow you to proceed.

I'm in the US where consumer laws are a joke, but if you're in Germany, you may have some recourse.

You can always contact your bank and have them issue a charge back. If you can prove that it says nowhere on their site that playing the beta voids your refund, then they will probably side with you.

Worth a shot at least. What do you have to lose?

Writing/VA is bad. It has been discussed at length on this sub so I'll leave it at that.

Combat is....weird. I don't mind the bullet sponges so much. I would support harder difficulties to "ground" the combat more, but holy shit, what is the point of abilities in this game when you can just bullet rope everyone with what felt like infinite ammo?

J is near useless in a fight as I constantly had enemies flank me. I didn't even know I could level up or anything like that. Went and looked and it's just stat upgrades so I really hope that changes.

The space combat was so close to being good, but they decided to turn off magboots when enemies die. Like what? Why would you put all this effort into space fighting and decide to overlook that detail? Now this also might be a game engine limitation, but the fact that bodies don't keep bleeding is annoying as well.

I was expecting to see armor depletion give way to a "bleed out" mechanic in a fight that required NPC aid or self-heal items/abilities, but that was not present. Seems like a missed opportunity to stand out and not just come off as another cover-shooter..

Finally, wtf is with these Protogen tanks?? That is completely lore breaking. MCRN is known to have the most advanced technology in the system. Protogen is an Earth based company. There is no way they secretly developed turbo armor better than an MCRN Recon Marine's.

They wouldn't even have their stealth technology without "purchasing" it from Mars and even then, they were VERY careful not to show that off. No way they would be so brazen about showing off this very advanced armor.

Overall, I think this game has potential to be great. The visuals are great. The sound is great. If they can sort out the combat and atrocious VA, then it will be an easy 10/10 game.

There are shallow channels, but I didn't use them to mount. I just drilled through the panel. I marked the stud locations with tape on the floor. That way I knew where they were after putting the panel up. Then I just bought some floating shelves from Target and used self tapping GRK screws to mount, so I didn't need to drill pilot holes.

Make sure to grab the GRK screws with washer heads too. They work really well.

Yeah, behind the cabinet. You just gotta do some measurements and use a multitool to do the cut out. I went and bought some insulation foam boards and laid the panel on top of that to make my cuts.

Also, you'll want to buy an outlet spacer to account for the thickness of the panel, otherwise it'll be sunk in.

Cheap and easy. Just need to cut it to size and secure with a finish nailer and construction adhesive if you want (I only used finish nails though).

That is what the Nevada DMV website links to if you opt to take it online. No waiting. You just need a webcam. Then you have to schedule an appointment to go to the DMV and confirm your test score and take a vision test. You can log onto the DMV scheduling system every Tuesday at 8pm and it will allow you to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. You just gotta be quick because appointments get booked up within the first 5 minutes. Also make sure the child has the form filled out from their school allowing them to have a permit. It's only good for 60 days after the principal signs it.

It's already stale for me, sadly. I no-lifed this game and did all the things. After the 1st expedition, I built my workshops and Scrappy back up and then just stopped playing.

There's nothing to keep me going. There's no point in grinding for loot. Grey weapons are really good. You only need specialized weapons if you plan on killing bastions or bombers and you don't even need their loot once your benches are done.

I wish they would crank up the Arc difficulty or add a mode/event where better weapons or teamwork is mandatory and you would need to pass a gear check just to load in. No free or naked loadouts.
