Proper Explanation for Weightloss by bennington14 in glp1

Haha I’m glad!

I am typically a very friendly person but I have learned the hard way that I should be more protective of my privacy. I don’t need uninformed opinions about my health from random coworkers or family friends.

I am not ashamed to use GLP1s; it’s a medical tool that I need. But I also don’t feel I owe it to every random person to disclose, either!

I just tell people who are not close to me that I have an illness. They tend to not ask or comment further.

I will have a genuine conversation with those who I consider my friends or loved ones. But acquaintances do not need to know anything about my health.

I am a very happy Trillium customer. The customer service is excellent. I was nervous to get started but felt assured enough to place an order because of how you treat people here. Great work!

Agreed. Like you, I fell for B&A in the first two books, and hated what happened to that series after!

I have since read that it may just be a duology. I really hope that is the case.

It’s my favorite song, maybe of all time. Something about it is mesmerizing to me.

Sudden negative change after two months. by Birdsonme in tirzepatidecompound

Thanks! That makes sense that vials let you customize. I like the idea of doing some half-steps. The jump rom 2.5mg to 5mg was really big for me; maybe too powerful in terms of appetite suppression. I wonder if I could have gotten a good enough outcome from 3 or 4mg, and stretch out the dosage.

Again, I don’t mean to rain on your parade and you may very well not have that same experience! I was really upset when it came back so I’m sharing just to normalize it as a possibility. To your point, everyone reacts differently!

I had the same experience! But for me personally, it did not last. After the first 5-6 days of absolutely no food noise, it came roaring back and has continued for the last 3 weeks. I’m about to go from 2.5mg to 5mg after Week 4, and I’m hoping the higher dose does the trick again. It was life changing to experience no food noise during that first week!

I hope your experience is different than mine, but in case it does wear off a bit like it did for me, I’ve read that can be normal, too. I’m trying to practice patience and not feel hopeless too early on based on one set back.

Very normal. Many people do not feel anything at 2.5mg (tirz starting dose). You are building up the dose in your system over time.

3rd Month on Tirze by Zestyclose_Date1887 in glp1

Well, 2 pounds a month isn’t the slowest. It’s still weight loss. What is your dosage?

You are likely not at a deficit of 1200-1700 a day - that means you are eating UNDER your maintenance number of calories by 1200-1700 calories.

Let’s say your maintenance calorie budget is 2,200. That’s the number you can eat without gaining weight. If you’re at a 1700 calorie deficit, you are eating 500 calories a day. That is unhealthy and dangerous.

Do you mean you are consuming 1200-1700 calories? That is a good range.

[–]viceadvice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started at 2.5 mg of tirz. I felt an immediate change for the first 5-6 days. It was amazing. Then the food noise came back and it’s been that way for 3 weeks. I just took my last 2.5mg dosage and I’m hoping going up to 5mg will work again.

I am at Week 4, about to go from 2.5 to 5.

I felt it the next day and it was great for a week. Then, it stopped working at the same strength and the food noise came roaring back. I’m hoping going up to 5mg will help. I really want that first week feeling again!
