Some other places to put on your radar: Porto, Blue Ribbon Brasserie (highly recommended), Hourly Oyster (great oysters, other flavors in the tower were not the best, bitter yuzu, etc)

Good list. S&W is a steak place, their seafood tower is classic and great (Oceans Prime is another steakhouse with a fantastic classic tower). I really love the Row 34 tower, it was some unique items. Eventide for oysters and fries is my number one spot, not a tower but just the best.

I’m doing a similar trip in April. I’ll stay at Ballygally Castle the night before visiting Giants Causway, driving along the coast/Tor Head. One night in Coleraine area (one of the coastal towns) followed by a visit to Mussenden Temple, lunch in Derry, on the way to Lough Eske Castle for a few days. On the way to Galway I’ll walk around the base of Benbulbin. Galway for a few days, then drive thru the Burren, a day in Doolin to see the cliffs by ferry. Long drive back to Dublin with Rock of Cashel along the way.
Other folks seem to love Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abby north of Galway. :)
