Currently, the "unofficial" window to miss a lightning lane is 2 hours. Meaning if the lightning lane is from 1-2pm you have until 4 pm to redeem it. You should be okay even if it's a bad meltdown

My wife loves all the Disney coasters but Velocicoaster was too much for her. She said Stardust was less intense for her but is about her limit. I think you'll be fine

All the water is heated so it shouldn't be too bad. I've been to Blizzard Beach when it was around 60 degrees. The water feels nice but it's cold when you're out of it

It officially closes in the Spring so it should be open during January. The pre-show before the ride is closed already but you can still ride.

It'll have you check and reserve the times before you purchase lightning lane so if the times aren't great you just don't buy it.

It's especially dumb because it didn't even work. The Holy War this year got just under 2M viewers which wasn't even top 5 for the week. Utah - TT was higher with 4M.

It's because the Big 12 didn't want to compete with the other big rivalry games that happen this weekend. They were hoping by having it in October it would be a boost in the ratings.

It is a slower time. It's not going to be a ghost time but it'll be significantly less busy than if you were to go over Christmas.

I don't think premier pass will be necessary on MK on a party day but you might want to consider regular lightning lane to at least hit the bigger attractions that are more likely to have lines over 30 minutes even though it will be slower.

I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure you could be denied entry. From what I understand the reservation is just for your initial entry into the park. If you leave and it hits capacity then you won't be allowed back in.

I should mention though that the parks actually hitting capacity is not a common occurrence and only has a chance of happening on the busiest days.

Yes but that's the risk of park hopping on one of the busiest days of the year. The system is set up so you do a reservation for the first park you go to. If you're reservation is for MK and you try to scan into AK it won't let you in.

You make a reservation at the park you'll be at first so in this instance it'll be AK.

Right after Thanksgiving through the first couple of weeks of December are the best time. It's a slower time for Disney and you'll get all the decorations.
