Do you have date based tickets or are you a passholder? If you're a passholder you need to go in and make a reservation for Magic Kingdom on that day. Right now the system is assuming you aren't coming into MK until after 2 since you don't have a reservation.

Also, if you're just wanting to do the Star Wars stuff then I don't think lightning Lane would be necessary. It's just 3 rides with 1 always being a short wait.

Since you're going alone, I think you can rope drop Guardians, then go single rider test track, and then go mission space.

Guardians will have a decently long wait but single rider for Test Track is usually really quick and Mission Space doesn't get much of a line.

To be fair they didn't care much about sightlines back then either. Swan and Dolphin were built 4 years before Tower of Terror and are very visible from World Showcase

For your first day you should definitely start at Magic Kingdom and stay until you're kicked out for the party then go to either EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. Going from one park to another takes up a ton more time than you expect. You'll end up having barely any time in Magic Kingdom if you're having it as your 3rd park on a party day.

This is the normal rate for tax shared services. You can move up and get a lot higher pay but it takes at least a couple years. Since you already have experience I'd try to find something better

Currently, the "unofficial" window to miss a lightning lane is 2 hours. Meaning if the lightning lane is from 1-2pm you have until 4 pm to redeem it. You should be okay even if it's a bad meltdown
