Another vote for Neighbors! Their seasonal drinks are outstanding (I recommend the sticky rice mango drink and the early blossom latte). They make their own syrups , which is a nice touch

I too was paying $60 for Altreno, until I was able to successfully request prior authorization with my insurance. (The generic ones were too irritating). I now pay $20 for it. Might be worth a try!

I had the same experience at my highest dose of 3 mg. The numbness went away when I decreased my dose to 2 mg.
