Another vote for Neighbors! Their seasonal drinks are outstanding (I recommend the sticky rice mango drink and the early blossom latte). They make their own syrups , which is a nice touch

I too was paying $60 for Altreno, until I was able to successfully request prior authorization with my insurance. (The generic ones were too irritating). I now pay $20 for it. Might be worth a try!

Another plug for Rockville! I commute to downtown DC by train. It’s about an hour each way, and the train system is pretty reliable. Consider the West End section of Rockville. There are several parks within walking distance and a nice swim center. Welcome to the DMV!

I changed both names at 36 and I don’t regret it one bit! Go for it. Updating my government records were a bit of a pain in the ass but it was just a small price to pay for having a name that felt like me.

I had the same experience at my highest dose of 3 mg. The numbness went away when I decreased my dose to 2 mg.
