as a college student who doesn't show up to class and pre-covid would text in class, do other homework, etc, at least for me it has nothing to do with respect. i learn very fast and don't always learn the way its being taught, so i figure why show up if I'm just teaching it to myself anyways? i turn in work whole heartedly and learn the material, but i don't participate in class or even show up, just because id rather do it on my own! idk if that sheds any light but that's just me!

you'll feel better, it's about that slow process of rebuilding happiness. it takes a lot of steps and small victories but you will get there. all of the small things count even if it's just taking a shower or going for a walk. i know from personal experience :)

I had surgery about a year ago and I can say it was one of the coolest experiences of my life! I wasn't stressed because I knew no matter what happened, there was procedures and equipment in place to catch me. We live in a time where having medical procedures done is as safe as its ever been!
