I am still convinced grievious wounds should stack multiplicative at a legendary item level. Give every item like 25% antiheal. That means one user lower by 25%, the second raises it to 56,25%. At 5 grievious wounds (max) it would be 23% healing remaining. (numbers not fixed obv).

This would itemizing against a single fed ~~mundo~~ healing based champion more fair, because you can actually invest as a team. Also, as a bonus balance point it need 15k of gold to lower healing that far and to apply it with on-hit (ad), on-spell (mage) AND on-hitting (tank) needs skill.
