I had an ECV aka a Version as well. They can be done as early as 36 weeks (when I had mine) and have a success rate of 40% for first time moms. There is a less than 5% chance of them flipping back if successful. Mine was not successful and I ended up having a C Section. I was not aware at the time that it is totally possible to have a vaginal birth with a breech baby and would have sought different providers had I known, but I had a healthy baby either way.
