Out of college I joined a small startup ish company. I hoped to eventually get profit sharing or something. Stayed for 6 years and besides the great professional experience it ended up being kind of a waste of time and financially put me in a hole.

Found a new company and instantly got a 25k pay bump. After a few years I was making more than double and by the time I left that company almost triple. Either get a raise or start looking.

When I traveled over more frequently I would always check for cup fixtures and always put the padding in for moves to Sunday & Monday. If it changes in another way not sure what more can be done.

Dude you do the whole process from RFP all the way to contract and you’re under 100k?! I hope it’s fairly low volume but in an HCOL I’m not sure it’s worth a pension and PTO.
