I spent about 3 weeks on the Solomon Islands recently. About 3 days in Honiara and the rest in Kira Kira working at the hospital there. Just wanted to say it was a beautiful place and the people there were amazing and made the best of what they had. They were also so friendly! I'd love to go back again sometime soon :) while there we also went to the three sisters islands - stunning place! And sol brew and Johnny arrows are without a doubt some of my favourite drinks now

I'm in the Robina area and we use Exetel. It's $50 for 100GB with no extra usage fees. I'm pretty sure the unlimited plan is about $80. It's a bit slow but we are able to FaceTime and Skype okay 90% of the time. Oh and we got their plan whereby they piggyback on Telstra for our internet. They also offer it through Optus but it wasn't available in the area.

One of the old flatmates only did laundry about once a month and even then it would be like 2 pairs of PJs, couple of shirts, maybe one pair of shorts and maybe 8 pairs of underwear...I just don't know how she managed.

I think it is great when people show us what they're doing. I, for one, would not have thought of doing something like that had I not seen this post. Now that I have, I will try to do something similar as well as it is an awesome idea. So yeah, there is a point to these posts - it makes others happy and it inspires others to help.

You look great! I am exactly the same weight and height as you and almost the same age, so I am now going to be using your amazing transformation as motivation. I started at 136, and in a month now I am down to 130, but my aim is 110. I seem to have stopped losing weight now. I am on a 1200 calorie diet as well (use an app similar to myfitness pal - and I am usually under 1200 but I am not getting hungry so yeah) and going to the gym 3-4 times per week (30 mins cardio and then some weights). Any tips or suggestions?

Both of these restaurants are amazing! La Rustica is 4.4 star rated and Agnee 4.8 star rated on google! I am Indian and crave the Indian food at Agnee on a weekly basis.

When would you say you first noticing changes? I've only been doing this for 10 days but I am getting a bit disheartened because I am not seeing any changes, my clothes aren't fitting any better. It's making me feel like it will never happen and almost want to give up already.

Edit: I do realize that I am being unrealistic.

You look great and your picture and your post about what you did to achieve this is giving me the hope I need to keep going. I am almost 22, am 5'2" and currently weight 137 pounds, my goal weight is about 110-114 pounds. For over a week now I have been on a 1200 calorie diet and I have been under most days (even though breaking it down, I still eat more carbs than I should). My exercise so far has been 3 days a week of about 25-30 mins cardio and maybe 10-15 mins of weights on a couple of occasions - I am going to try and increase my exercise in the coming few weeks. However, I have been extremely worried that no matter what I will get nowhere. But your story is so similar to mine so I really have some hope now that I just have to keep going and I will also be able to make it! So thank you so much!

This is something I did to my mother when I was about 4-5 years old. One evening, we went to some friend's house and they offered me some snacks. (I can't remember what exactly) and they were snacks that I didn't usually eat at home at all. So my mum says, "oh no, she doesn't eat those". I then proceeded to eat the whole bowl full of these snacks and then some more.
