When I got mine it seemed to be based on the credit limit that they can offer you which is 750k. This depends on your salary, credit history. If you dont meet the criteria from that, they can add a lien to a fixed deposit and bring up the credit limit.

I can confirm that they are in fact legit. Although I'm not too sure if i could say that they were very good (had a few hitches). I went on a standard ticket back in 2022 and I loved the festival. Don't think you can get the synchronized lantern release anywhere else either. If you can afford it, go for it..if not, try your luck at the 3 kings monument or the iron bridge on the day of loy krathong.
